UK orders

Please allow 5–7 working days for Black Friday Sale orders & standard UK delivery. We will soon offer Next Day and 2-Day Express Delivery options at checkout.

Once your item(s) have been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number within 48 hours. All UK orders are dispatched via trusted couriers such as Royal Mail, Evri, or DPD.

International orders

For international destinations, delivery typically takes between 7–21 business days, depending on your location.

Your order may be shipped via Royal Mail, DHL, DPD, Parcelforce, or other trusted international couriers. Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking.

Please note:

  • All shipping time frames are estimates, and delays may occur due to customs or other external factors.

  • Some of our raw hair originates from South East Asia, which may occasionally impact delivery times.

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed, cancelled, or amended. Please double-check your order before confirming.

  • Discount codes must be applied at checkout. We cannot apply discounts after the order has been submitted, nor can they be used for past or future purchases.

  • Your billing and shipping address must match. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

  • Orders flagged for review may face additional processing time. We may request proof of ID to verify your billing details for security purposes.

  • Haute Glam Hair is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or damaged packages caused by third-party couriers.

Returns & exchanges

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

In the rare event that a return is accepted, the item(s) must be:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • In original packaging

  • Untampered with

All returns are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to full inspection.
