Disclaimer

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the nature of our products, we operate a strict no refund, no return policy.

If you believe you have received the wrong item, are missing a product, or have any concerns about your order, you must contact us at info@hauteglamhair.com within 48 hours of receiving your items.

In rare cases, if a return is approved by Haute Glam Hair, items must be returned in original packaging, unused, and untampered with. All returns will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and undergo full inspection.

Colour & Texture Disclaimer

Because our hair is 100% natural and may undergo minimal processing, we cannot guarantee identical color or texture between bundles or lace systems. We will, however, do our best to match textures and shades when you order bundle deals.

Please note: our straight hair may have a natural wave as it is in its purest form. Do not expect bone-straight hair.

Shipping Policy

The shipping and billing address must match. Orders with mismatched addresses may be delayed or cancelled.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Orders flagged as high risk may require additional processing time or proof of ID. This is to protect both you and us from fraudulent activity.

Haute Glam Hair is not responsible for items lost, delayed, or damaged by third-party couriers.
