How long does the hair last?

With proper care, our raw hair can last 3–5 years or more. It can be washed, styled, coloured, and reused multiple times.

Can I dye or bleach the hair?

Absolutely! Because our extensions are raw and unprocessed, they take color very well. However, we recommend having any coloring or bleaching done by a professional to maintain hair integrity.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

All sales are final. Due to the nature and hygiene standards of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Please make sure you double-check your order before completing your purchase.

Will my straight hair be bone straight?

Our Raw Straight hair may have a slight natural wave due to its unprocessed state. This is completely normal and a sign of authenticity. For a sleeker look, you can use heat styling tools.
